Just a few hours ago, Ambassador Brian A. Nichols, Assistant Secretary for Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, released a statement strongly condemning the ongoing gang violence in Haiti, which aims to destabilize the government.
In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Ambassador Nichols stated, “The U.S. strongly condemns the gang violence in Haiti that threatens lives and undermines the Haitian people’s efforts to restore democracy.
