When is the last time you had a good Tablet Pistach?  I remember watching my mom make these for us every Saturday afternoon when I was younger. Since I’m trying to show my mom how evolved my Haitian cooking and baking skills are, I’ve decided to surprise her this Saturday with a batch of my tablet Pistach.
