The 5th-Anniversary Edition of Le Dîner en Blanc – West Palm Beach took over at the Mizner Park Amphitheater on Saturday, December 28th, 2019, for another unforgettable night of friendship, elegance, and fun. The state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater that serves as a social, cultural and art center was revealed as the secret location at the very last minute.
Over 1,000 guests met at the various departure points throughout South Florida from Port St Lucie, West Palm Beach, Delray, and Broward and all boarded buses to head over to the secret location. A group of guests also met in Boca Raton and at the last minute found out that the secret location was just around the corner and all walked over together to Mizner Amphitheater. By bus and by foot, everyone is converged at the beautiful location just before dusk for the sole purpose of sharing a gourmet meal with good friends in one of Palm Beach County’s most prestigious locations.
Guests were greeted upon arrival by classical French songs, live violinist and stilt walkers. Toting elegant white picnic baskets filled to the brim with gourmet treats, they set up their tables and chairs and created unique table decor designs, including elegant chandeliers, miniature lit Eiffel Towers, and lanterns and sparkling lights. As soon as all table settings were perfected, the beginning of dinner was signaled by the traditional waving of white linen serviettes.
Throughout dinner, guests were entertained by a live opera singer and a comedy-drama piece “Parisian Style” of Queen Marie Antoinette & The Royal Family Show performed by Soraya – KeepStiltWalkers group. Music filled the air throughout dinner with a live performance from the talented international artist Naika and her band, while guests dined and enjoyed the company of friends. After dinner, a thousand glowing sparkers signaled the opening of the dance floor, with an energetic performance by DJ Emcee Mike.
At the signal of the end of the evening, guests packed up their belongings as well as all their rubbish and left the site as if the night as never happened but with a head full of unforgettable moments and new friendships.
