May 18th: Lunion Suite’s : Strike For Education Charity Bowl

May is Haitian Heritage Month; the celebration is an expansion of Haitian Flag Day held on May 18th, a major patriotic day celebrated in Haiti and by the Haitian Diaspora. In honor of Haitian Heritage month and Haitian Flag Day, Lunion Suite would like to give back to one of Haiti’s educational programs by hosting its very first charity event. On Monday, May 18, 2015, Lunion Suite will host the first Annual Strike For Education Charity Bowl at Sparez Davie, Florida benefiting Fleur de Vie Haiti’s Back to School Recreational Day event.

Join MrsWanda, Popular Haitian-American comedian SeJoe, Haitian businesses and all the other Haitian-American’s celebrating Haitian flag day for a night of bowling, music, dancing, giveaways, prizes and more for this inaugural event to help raise money for the children of Haiti.

Fleur De Vie’s (“Flower of Life”) focus is to work with organizations that benefit and operate in Haiti. It’s flagship project promotes education and health awareness by hosting a fun filled event with 5-6 schools, 700 kids’ ages 6-15 years old in September 2015. Activities include health screening, environmental sustaining tips, and team building recreational sports. The day closes with the distribution of schools supplies to each student and teaching supplies to the institution.

7:00pm – 8:00pm – Check In And Networking
8:30pm – Bowling Tournament Begin (No New Teams After 8:30pm)
11:00: Award Presentation
