Candice Craig is a dancer, singer, songwriter and actress; Haitian-American, born and raised in the multi-cultural environment of South Florida in 1988. She lives by the motto: “BORN TO PERFORM”
Candice’s professional career was launched at the tender age of seventeen. She has danced for Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, Diddy, Ciara, N.E.R.D (Pharrel Williams), Pitbull, Mark Anthony, Ashlee Simpson, Daddy Yankee, Wisin y Yandel and many more. You might have seen her on hit shows such as Jay Leno, Conan O’Brien, Ellen Degeneres, David Letterman and Univision’s Sabado Gigante. She has also performed in major shows such as N.E.R.D world tour, MTV VMA’s, AMA’s, Latin Grammy’s and ALMA Awards, to name a few.
Candice developed her talents in the competitive environment of Miami-Dade County’s Magnet Schools Program for the Performing Arts during her elementary and high school years. She graduated form Coral Reef Senior High and greatly contributed to the school’s successes at the national level.
In addition, years of intense training in ballet, hip hop, jazz, modern and lyrical at Dance Attack, one of the finest dancing schools in South Florida, paid off. She consistently won awards and trophies for her school in numerous competitions over the years, including the honor of National Champion.
She is currently in the girl group “it’s girl united” and the group is in the studios finishing it’s first album.
Candice’s love for the performing arts, her discipline, and motivation continue to be the driving force for her success at an early age. Her volunteering bringing foods and medicines, along with her brother Chris, to the orphans of Haiti, in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake of Haiti, reflect her genuine love, values, and concern for her community and mankind.
