North Miami Mayor Smith Joseph, D.O., Pharm.D. and the City Council will honor Dr. Rudolph Moise, Ambassador at Large for the Republic of Haiti for his work and contributions to the North Miami community at an induction ceremony for the City’s Hall of Fame on Friday, May 8th at 7:15 p.m.
The ceremony will take place in the Museum of Contemporary Art, located at 770 NE 125 Street.
The Hall of Fame Ceremony is also part of North Miami kick-off Haitian Heritage Month with an enlightened panel discussion on the history of the Haitian flag, moderated by Patrick Eliancy, of Island TV.
The distinguished panel includes Jean-Claude Exulien, Dr. Jean-Baptiste Luc Charlot, and Anthony Georges-Pierre. The kick-off starts at 5:30 p.m.
A reception will follow in MOCA’s Paradise Courtyard.
