Meet Cliff Decatrel, Head of Multicultural Advertising Sales, CableVision Media Sales
Cliff Decatrel is the Director of Multicultural Advertising Sales for Cablevision Media Sales, bringing more than 25 years of expertise leading cable, film and multicultural advertising initiatives. In this role, he is responsible for leveraging CMS’s TV and digital targeting capabilities, and census-level audience tuning data to reach diverse audiences in the New York market. This work includes direct work with top ad agencies and sales teams to maximize multicultural advertising opportunities for Fortune 500 brands.
An accomplished advertising sales leader, Decatrel has served in a range of sales leadership positions during more than a decade at CMS. Key accomplishments include helping to drive the success of the company’s Interactive, addressable TV, and digital products. His extensive experience also spans marketing, advertising, and publicity roles at well-known global brands, such as Sony Pictures, Playboy TV, Showtime, and Time Warner.
Decatrel has served with several diversity-based non-profits, including the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), Association of Hispanic Advertising Associations (AHAA), Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), and Advertising Women in New York (AWNY). He holds a degree in Communications – TV & Film from Queens College of the City University of New York. A resident of Nassau County, NY, Cliff is passionate about technology and travel.
